PET RESCUE SAGA HTML 5 Desk Top Version messed up

the new HTML5 levels opened new levels i started to play with lots of boosters and they stole all my boosters away i have none now and levels all fogged in i have to  guess where the next level is its stupid i got a free 2 hours from some free egg gift you gave me yet when i went out and came back it was all messed up and took  all my boosters i have no way to find the levels no boosters and all the free time for 2 hours this is wrong  ,why and how to get it all back and fixed ?

I suggest you try the following steps:

1) Try a force refresh of the page - hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh the page.

2) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/ 

3) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox

4) Make sure you have other tabs closed

5) Disable running apps and extensions in the browser

6) Check if your Antivirus and/or Firewall settings is affecting the game

Also I suggest you try the game on King.com. I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well. Please see the thread below with a step by step instruction on how to sync your game progress between Facebook and King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login, then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play Pet Rescue Saga without any issues.
