Stuck on level 897 on Pet rescue

I have been stuck on level 897 for months. Why can`t you provide a way to get through other than paying or friends? My email at the time I signed up was ladymerry@verizon.net. Pet rescue is my favorite game and I am tired of playing the same levels over and over. Can you please help?
