There was a problem with processing your payment: In-app purchases are not available at this time. This is the message I get when I try to buy gold bars on Pet Rescue. I am unable to proceed because a number of my friends have stopped playing the game and hence no support.

Hi Amita!

Have you tried playing Pet Rescue on King.com? You'll get help fast since there's many other players on the site that can help you out with extra lives and roadblocks

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to receive help fast.

For the payment issue: is that on mobile or on Facebook that this happens?
