Why is the screen on Pet Resuce blacking out

You play the game for a few minutes and the screen starts blacking out. If you run the mouse over the blacked out screen all you can see is the out line of the squares you can make. Sometimes if you click these the screen might go back to normal

My screen blacks out too. When are you guys going to fix this? It's been happening now for weeks and I've done all the things that were recommended including clearing my cache. There are a lot of your fans playing this game and experiencing the same problem. Please get something done.
