3 times you have told me Candy Crush is working ok now. It is not and Now you even changed Pet Rescue. My 2 favourite games are messed up now. I have the right Browser ... but it's not working at all...lost all my hammers from the old version. Both are SLOOOOW or don't work at all. Not fair and not good, I and many others are so disappointed

But it is working properly. That's the simple truth. There is nothing that King can do about the way that your computer handles HTML5 no matter how much you complain. What is the 'right' browser? If you use Internet Explorer or play at king.com you can, at present, play on the older version which presumably you didn't have problems with. I don't know how long that option will remain so you will at some point have to address the inadequacies of your device in dealing with modern standards.
