New Pet Rescue Saga Gameplay

I have played Pet Rescue Saga for years and enjoy it but this new "look" and gameplay is terrible.  Did you user test it on anyone?  Are you just justifying your jobs by making these changes?  It has made the game slower and much harder to play.  I will probably stop playing.  Just moving the stupid arrow around is a huge drawback.  Please consider reverting to an earlier version.  Can I do so?  Otherwise count me gone.

Hi snalass, I'm sure King did a lot of user testing before releasing the changes   The game is faster for most of us.  Here are some steps you can check to see if it will run better for you:

✅ Make sure your browser has been upgraded to latest version. 

If you want to check whether your browser is HTML5 compatible, you can check on this page https://html5test.com/ 

If your browser achieves a score of 450 points or more, then you should be fine.

✅Clear your browser's cache. 

Old temporary files on your computer can affect game functionality.

Loading the game the first time can take more time than normal. 

If you go to another tab the game will pause, so stay on the game page.

It can be quicker if you close down unused browser tabs and close any programs running in the background. 

A fresh restart of your computer can also give a boost in loading time.

Some game features, for example the bonus games, are still being adapted to the new format, so may be temporarily unavailable.

Actually this is not about loading time. It loads fine. It is about additional clicks to achieve the result which is never good user experience. For instance, instead of pointing and clicking to use a booster, now one must drag the booster then move to the green arrow and click it. It slows the entire game down and is awkward. I maintain that this is no improvement over the old game.
