Why can't you use the boosters to finish a level on pet rescue after all in game moves are over.

Why can't i play my boosters after my game options run out in Pet Rescue? It used to allow you at one time now it doesn't.

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying.

Did your issues resolve themselves or do you still need help?

Nothing is resolved, it doesn't allow you to use your boosters on your last move you die instead even though you have stored boosters of every kind. It used to let you use them but not in a few years.

Hi Christine, I am going to pass this on to one of my superuser colleagues, as she plays Pet rescue (I'm just helping out on this section as the website team had a shuffle and a lot of posts got missed)

It could very well turn out to be a change in the game but she will know.

What is going on with your ads? It says watch ad for bonus booster and then not only do you not get it, you are stuck on the ad! This is blatently unfair

Welcome back! Apologies for you not getting a response...we were clearing a backlog at that time, but we are a little more organised now. I hope.

It sounds like the ads are not working as they should be. Is there a specific one it is sticking on?

I know that King don't have any control over them, and I know how frustrating it is. I have the same issue with a non king game. But I think I read recently there is a way to report the ad to the company involved. So I am going to find out for you.
