i don't know what's wrong with Pet Rescue Saga, but lately, when i play the game on the PC i always get an annoying error. when least expected, the game stops and on the screen i get the following error message: "duplicate tabs. it seems you have opened the same game in another tab. please close it and reload the game". it's needles to say, that every time i got the error, i haven't had opened the game in different tabs.

    Your feedback is important to us and I appreciate it a lot that you chose our community site to do so.

    There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues.

    With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).

    You can download them from the following links, always ensure you have the latest version:

    https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html 

    http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/upgrade.html 

    http://www.opera.com/computer 

    (windows only) https://www.microsoft.com/windows/microsoft-edge 

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer.aspx  (if you are using an older version than Windows10)

    Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com  for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.

    If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.

    You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com  if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.

    I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.

    Hi Tony,Thank you for your answer. I am already using Chrome and the browser is up to date, so that's not the problem. I have already tried closing other tabs after this error appeared, but i still got it. Either way, if that would have been the cause, i don't get it why this wasn't a problem until now. On many occasions, while i was playing the game, i was also listening to music on YouTube, but i haven't seen this error before (and i am playing the game for so many years now). Anyway, i will try to clean the catche and see if this solves the problem.Have a nice day,Cristina

    UPDATE: so, i cleared the cookies and guess what, the error still appears! it's really annoying! last time i got it, i had just finished a level, rescued the golden animal, got the bomb and the three stars as a reward and than the error appeared. of course, i had lost all the progress and the level wasn't cleared. i had to play it once again! it really makes me wanting not to play this game anymore!

    I'm having the same issue and its occuring when I have one of the "golden or silver pets that I have rescued. Of course I loose the animals, points and any of the extra rockets or bombs or color matches :( My issues just started last week with it. I have switched from Chrome to Firefox and still the same issue. I do not use Microsoft's browser
