I'm on pet rescue at level 1872 and thereit's just a month that there aren't other available levels! what can I do???

Hi can you please tell me how you beat level 1849 im still stuck on this hard level. I found out that if i uninstall the game Then reinstalled it and play up till level 28 as normal and then connect back with Facebook account i have 3 hammer 6 balloon pops 3 wire cutters and 3 rockets. Even with all this i still haven't been able to pass. I hope that my suggestion helps you. And if you have any ideas and tips for me to help me pass please post.
