Not able to connect to Facebook or create a Kingdom account!

Two issues: 1) lost all progress signing into a new Facebook account on my iPhone 7s.
2) unable to sign into Facebook or create a Kingdom account or sign into the store playing Pet Rescue Saga on my iPad. I recently signed into Facebook on my iPhone and lost my progress So I'm a little hesitant to do it on my iPad!!!
