Tranfer my progress to new phone.

I wanted to transfer my progress from my old phone to new one with a king's account. But the email I used it's one that I stopped using so I forgot the password and I cannot recover the King's account password that I forgot too I never used the password for 2 years already so I forgot it Well I tried to connect on a facebook account and I lost all the progress! It supposed to sync with the facebook I guess but it was a disaster. Now I have the game from the start in both devices. I need help, a way to recover my password of king's account so I can keep the progress. Thank you for the support.

I still have the same issue, I cannot resolve it. The only way, I think, is to recover the King's account password or with the help of a developer transfer it to a new one if is this possible. If you have any solution please inform me. Thank you for your reply.

I am having this same issue. I am clearing levels in 2200’s online, but when I log in on mobile I’m at level 26. I’ve cleared any association with Facebook, so it’s very frustrating.
