Ive been waiting on a response as to why I keep getting a message saying not connected to the internet when Im when I try to above level 345 any level below that its no problem playing

Hi Rosa,
The 'Failed to Connect' bug is affecting many King games at the moment.
As this has happened on the weekend we should not expect a fix just yet.
Clearing browser cache/history could help you play higher levels, or try playing with a different browser.
I understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be
