Why did I loose all my progress?

I logged in with facebook and lost everything. I was in level 855. I logged off and couldn't get my progress back pls help or ill have to delete the fame this is irritating.

I was on level 573 logged with Facebook it took me back to level 1!!!!! I’m beside myself I play it all the time
