Pet rescue level 1920 pets either will not always move or appear.

There must be a a couple of bugs on this level as on the majority of games I cannot get the second pet to appear. Also the pets don't always move to the left even when I have cleared the line when all the blocks are the same colour. I have watched YouTube videos and this never happens on them as the pets always move to the left when a line is cleared.
