Do we get our boosters back from pet rescue saga when game keeps getting error message

Keep getting the error message near the end of game, boosters already used, i have to refresh and new game loads, what about the boosters i have used, do we get them back, this is ridiculous its happening eight or more times a day. (An error has occured. We are doing our best to fix it. Please try in a moment)
