why does the game say i have duplicate screens open when i don't.?

i'm playing than right before i win that level the game puts a message on that says i have duplicate screens open and to restart game.

    Hi Lisa, this can happen sometimes if you also have the game on another device and it is getting game notifications.  It can help to turn off the notifications for this game on facebook.

    That didn't help. I only play the game on one device The notifications arn't on either..
