How to get levels back after Facebook Hack?

My Mom let a guy who she thought was Aol customer support remote login to her computer. Her Facebook account was then hacked, etc. etc. I had to re-format all her devices, cellphone, tablet, and laptop. Plus change her Facebook password. When I reinstalled Pet Rescue Sage, she went back to Level One. Even when I play the game directly from Facebook it starts at Level One. Or when I play from app it starts from Level One. How can I get her back to her original level?
