Why can't I play my game?

I am on level 431 and when I click on the key to remove the blocks my game says level failed and takes a life. I was able to complete the level before without any issue.

Hi Karen, this has just started happening in some players games :-( King are aware of the problem, so I hope it gets fixed soon.
