Why does the fourth level of mystery mountain in Pet Rescue say I'm not connected?

I've been trying to advance to the fourth level of Mystery Mountain all day and it doesn't load - instead I see a kitten and it says and internet connection is required. I have an internet connection because I got that far. I've played for years and never had this message.
