why are my levels on my android and lap top different? Pet Rescue

The levels on my lap top are the same as the help sites but when I go onto my phone they are different. I have asked this question before but can find my question on here to see if it has been answered. I believe this is a known problem i just want to know how to fix it Thanks Cathie

Hi Cathie, I have an explanation here if you read this thread different levels. Also mobile and pc versions can differ due to which they are experimenting on and if they have yet to update.
