Why does "out of combinations" display when I have enough boosters to clear the board?

I have enough boosters to win the game, but "out of combinations" ends it.

    Hi Sunsinger, 

    I am going to guess here as I don't play this game. The boosters you have, they are extra to the game? I am basing knowledge on farm heroes boosters. 

    You might have boosters but as the game is able to be played without using any, if there are no available moves left that you can take without using boosters, then it will end. 

    Does that make sense?
