I know this has already been answered but I have done everything except get another browser ( which I will not due because all the other games I have work!! ) So I would appreciate it if you could fix this issue!! Thanks! Also everything is up to date!!

Hi Emilie,
It could very well be Kings problem, but it could also be an incompatibility with your browser. You don't have to try another but some games respond better to different browsers. I would say its worth it to try and rule it out
Make sure your current browser has the latest update too.
