why give bonus play time if we’re not allowed to play it

When I reached level 1963 (I believe it was 1963) I’ve been unable to use the bonus of 2-3 hours of free time I’ve won for finishing the level because I’m unable to advance to the next level.it tells me, next level is under construction.
But if I log in on my pc I can continue to the next level but I don’t get any of the bonus’s I just won

Hi Dawn,
I have a link that explains how boosters work and why you cannot transfer between devices.
As regards the levels, they release at slightly different times and are staggered, that's why they come out on Pc first before devices
