I play this game 5 years and I like it a lot but I want to say to the districts why they do not open all the levels and we have to wait 15 days for new I can not understand it all the games are playing normally only this has the issues of mercy

Am I correct in thinking you mean the release of new levels?
All games have a release day and Pet rescue is one of the better games. It takes time to develop levels intended to test and torture us and then test them so they know they are suitable for us to play.
It gives you two weeks to complete the levels, go back and play older ones or try new games
