I bought 19 gold bars for power ups to [pass a level] after i passed the level it froze at the end

where the fireworks go off. I tried to refresh the page to go on playing. It did not move me to the next level. So I wasted money on the purchase? Can i get the money back, get the gold bars, or be moved to the next level as it should have been done? I was on level 816 and should have been moved on to 817

I am so sorry you had issues with your game. They cannot move you onto the next level unfortunately, but if it froze and you couldn't use them, I would follow this link here for purchase problems
