Problems with PRS

Constant game errors. Cannot even finish a level w/o error messages. When able to win, winnings are not awarded--thrown into error again. Have even used gold bars when I've only needed 1 or 2 more moves, the bars would be subtracted & as soon as extras moves are awarded, thrown into error again--then another 9 bars disappear after refreshing. Also on the mountain, 5 entire weekends in a row, I was "thrown under the boat" as soon as I did win. This is really getting very old. I'm extremely disgruntled & unhappy with the so-called performance of the game. Personally, I think the programmers really do not know what they are doing. There's no reason for so many game failures! Ready to give up permanently! :-(
