I just purchased 49 gold bars twice. Money was deducted but no gold bars added. Help!

I purchased 49 gold bars in pet saga. They weren't added so I did it again. Again they weren't added. I received Google receipts for both purchases, but no gold bars. How can I get the bars or the money returned?

Hi mamakhadi,
Thank you for posting here. You can do it one of two ways. When you get email confirmation from the app store, you can click on the link to dispute purchase as you didn't get them.
Or, if you follow this link it will give you the contact details for the team who can look into it for you
