can't play pet rescue all the screen does is flash black

this has been ongoing for some time now, i'm using internet explorer all other games load

No, having the same Adobe Flasher problem and I am using Microsoft Edge. It's a problem with the game!

Hi Peggy and Betty,
can I ask you both if you have tried using Google Chrome? At the moment that's usually the better browser to use.
As to the adobe flash problem, its not actually a flash issue as pet rescue has been based on html5 for quite a while, it doesn't use flash anymore.
You need to clear cache and cookies as detailed here and load from a clean game link. It might be you are trying to use the old flash version which no longer works

Forgot to add, there is an issue with the game currently, but if you are already playing through Facebook, it shouldn't be caused by this, if not, please load through Facebook
