I'm at level 2138. Can't open. I keep getting the grabbing hand. What do I to resolve the problem?

Level 1

I keep getting the grabbing hand at 2138.  I can play all the games before this number.  The finger points to all the other numbers when I click on them.  Cannot get a finger on 2138.

    Hi emwomble, first, make sure you have definitely passed level 2137.  Do stars show on it?  Sometimes, connection can be temporarily lost and the game does not register that you've completed the Level.  Even if it does show you've passed it might help to re-play 2137.   If this does not help you progress then please write back and let us know what device you are playing on so we can give other troubleshooting tips.

    Why doesn't the technicians, who get paid by us playing, know the answer and fix the problem?  If those of us who are playing knew the answers to problems we have with this games we wouldn't submit problems.  Skip wasting our time doing this and fix the problems that we have. You are losing players because you play games with the games.

    enwomble, they might know 'the answer' but first we need to establish exactly what the problem is.  What device are you playing on?

    I think if the technicians spent more time trawlling the forums to answer questions, they would never have time to fix issues emwomble. That's why Superstars like Lynette and myself and others waste our free time instead trawlling through to help players....(voluntarily and unpaid)  asking them useless information, and wasting everyone's time asking the players the exact information and suggested fixes that King have asked us to ask. That way we narrow it down from something that might be a simple fix, to something that might be a known issue or needs bringing up because it's an unknown issue. The same as any other company. 

    We do have house rules though in any case and politeness is one of them. I get you're frustrated and fed up of all the tests. You are not alone. Lynette is too. The fastest way to get issues solved is to give what we request and as much info as poss, once troubleshooting has been done we can pass it over to the team.
