Ducplicate game Message

Duplicate game message: When playing Pet Rescue Saga From Face Book Gameroom. After playing for awhile on my pc Windos 10 version; A Gray cat statement appears on myscreen and says the game is open in another browser and it is a duplicate game. There is no way to get of this message except to close out of Gameroom completely. I havetried cleaning and searching to find it open elsewhere but the only other place I have played it is on Facebook before gameroom. Help one of my vaverite games.

Hi Dianne, thank you for posting on King care. 

I am going to have to ask for further help with this as I know King had the problem and its caused by the html 5. but it was fixed. 

Can I ask if you have made sure that your browser is updated? As far as I know its based on the chrome programming although I could be wrong, but if your chrome is outdated, it will have a knock on effect. 

You have cleared your cache? Can I also ask you to make sure you have cleared the game cookies too please.
