Why do I keep getting stuck on the side of the boat in Mystery Mountain, 2 weeks now?

For the last 2 weeks, I make it to the top of the mountain, get unseated and get stuck on the side of the boat. I only make to the top 1 or 2 times on the first day and am unable to play all weekend.

Hi Priscilla thanks for posting. 

I am sorry you are stuck, this seems to be an issue affecting some players but not everyone so its taking a while to find the cause. The team are aware of it though
