How do I start from level 1 on Pet rescue saga and clear my progress on facebook?

I would like to start from level 1 on pet rescue saga and remove my progress from Facebook too. I love playing the game and want to start from the beginning and connect with friends on Facebook. I tried uninstall the game and reinstall many times. I reset my phone and it didn't work. Please help. Thank you!

Hi Kitty, you will also have to explain to the team from the link Just playing gave you, that you haven't lost progress, you would like it deleted to start again from the beginning. Its not something they generally do but its worth asking. Normally we would advise starting a new account and making sure to keep that one connected

Thanks for posting on King Care.  Here you have a few options:

1) Create a new Facebook/Kingdom account- uninstall the game and play connected to a new account. You would be able to start from the beginning but still save your new levels to an account and enjoy the perks of being connected.

2) Uninstall the game and play whilst not connected to any account.
