I cannot get past level 289, and I don't think it's just me.

I am playing the level as usual but no matter how I play the level the pets won't shift over and I cannot get them to fall to the bottom as a result, if I'm lucky I get one to shift but then the rest won't. They just sit there on the wood blocks, I've tried leaving them on blocks and using the boosters provided and the rocket but it just won't work. I have been stuck on this level for months now and I would like to keep playing this game but I can't if I'm stuck here. I can't beat online or on mobile (samsung s7)

Hi Cassie, Level 289 is very difficult! One trick to note is that in order for a column to shift to the left (and move a Pet) it need to be cleared completely. In Level 289 some of the blocks have mesh on them so will not be removed by a rocket (it just removes the mesh) so make sure there is no mesh in the column you want to move. This did not help at all, I told you that's what I've been doing. I will clear the column completely using the rocket and the pets won't shift.

Cassie, are you sure the whole column is being cleared? I'll go check the Level and see if it's working for me :-)
