Why is mystery Mountain so impossible?

On level 3 of mystery Mountain,the puzzle is 98% of the time unbeatable....i mean 1 or 2 moves and no more combinations can made.. I've played it for 3 days straight and it's either a quick exit or at the bottom there are no moves to be made... that's ridiculous, especially considering i know you guys purposely make stages impossible without spending cash on the game which i wouldn't mind doing but im not gonna be forced and i will delete this game if this problem continues so either stop preventing me from passing level 3 or change an algorithm so it's beatable it's not fun when pre-made puzzles don't even give an opportunity to win

Thanks for the feedback. I've seen other players mentioning the same thing. I'll forward your thread to the game studio and I'm sure they'll have a look at the game mechanics for Mystery Mountain.
