Glitch in wire cutter

I’m on level 1125 and the wire cutters won’t work to cut the vines. It won’t let me move it to the right area and is very frustrating.

Hi Heatherp925, from what you are saying, you cannot pick up the wire cutters and place them where you want them? I don't use iOS myself so am not sure how it is supposed to happen, but sometimes simply logging out of the game and reloading can fix glitches like this. Let me know if it helps, if not I'll get some more help for you. I've just found another similar question, you may want to read the answer here: Booster problem

It’s like the other post... apparently the game has a glitch that won’t allow boosters to work.Hi Heatherp925, from what you are saying, you cannot pick up the wire cutters and place them where you want them?
