Greetings, my phone is no longer and I had to go to another phone

I went to facebook and it says my progress is 2266. I went to another phone and logged into facebook. It put my progress 1813 and then if I try and go forward it says "fantastic level completed with a flying pig in a skirt" New content coming soon. I have already past that point. I'm on facebook now and it shows I'm on level 2266. You can see my name up at the top, carlita. I don't want to lose my spot. How can I get it on the phone i'm using now. It will not let me move forward even though I have completed the level. Please help with this. I'm to far in at 2266. If you need proof let me know. I'll screen shot it or email the facebook page to you. Help

Please follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back. If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
