Pet Rescue Saga won't load

I have not been able to load Pet Rescue Saga for about 3 days now. It looks like it is loading, but then tells me I need internet to play. Obviously, it is connected to the internet as usual.

Hi EgH7154, first thing to do is to check your Internet connection.  You might have to reboot your router.  You haven't mentioned where you are playing the game - mobile or computer but you can try the troubleshooting tips from here:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/troubleshooting-tips

 I was about ready to give up on it. I play on a Windows 7 laptop on a secured private network. I reset the router, restarted my computer, updated the chrome browser, and updated the flash player. Also cleared my browsing history. I don't know which one worked, but after it was all completed, I was finally able to get back in! If it happens again, I will know what things I need to check!
