Objective to get pets but no pets come during game play

Level 1634, objective is to rescue 30 pets. I have to unlock a key during the level but no bricks come to unlock and no pets either .I can't rescue 30 pets if no pets come.

In Level 1634, the Pets do not appear until you have removed ALL the metal blocks.
Here are my tips for this Level:The in-game rocket booster can be earned quickly with big matches and by using the bombsBlowing up 3 bombs usually removes enough blocks to build up a booster.Use the rockets to destroy the metal blocks until they are all gone.When you have done this all 30 Pets will fall within the next few moves.The trick is to keep those moves where there is an easy path down for the Pets.Then you can complete the game with the limited moves that are left.
