Piggy bank purchase

I made a purchase on or about 2/10/2019 as i have done in the past and i still do not have my 50 gold bars. I need a refund or the bars because my account went negative for the them and i dont have them??

Why do you have to purchase you gold bars to get them out of your piggy bank

I do not understand the purpose of the Piggy Bank.  Mine is full and cannot hold any more, but I do not know what to do to empty it.  It seems the only option I have is to purchase gold bars, but it looks like it is going to come out of my personal checking account, and I do not want to spend any money on the game.  Please help me understand what to do.  Thank you!
