i have been getting an error saying failed to connect to the store. i have checked my google play store and it is up to date

Stll no luck connecting to the in-app store. This is not the Apple store or the google play store. Inside the pet rescue game you have the option to “buy” boosters with the points you earn plying the game. It is that store that will not open. Please help.
