Lost of Boosters

Hi I have been playing pet rescue for as long as I could remember I have worked very hard for my boosters every last one of them however I logged in to play on my phone only to realize that every all of them is gone I cannot understand why and I cannot continue to play until I get them back the level I'm at remains the same so where are my boosters.

Hi @rosamarie,  boosters are stored on your device, not with the game. 

Sometimes when there are game or device updates, the saved things can get lost.
It is very frustrating   

For this reason King recommend that you do not keep boosters too long, but use them as you play.
This is also why they have regular bonus games, daily calendar and challenges for you to win more boosters.

If you lose boosters that have been paid for then they will have a record of this and they can be replaced.

Ich wüßte keine. Meine Sind Auch alle nach Neuinstallation des Smartphones weg, nur bei Facebook Sind sie noch da aber da weiß ich nicht Wie man da Auf dem handy spielt das kann ich nur am Rechner

They can be retrieved if there is a record of you buying them.

I've had my boosters for a long time and for king to not replace users boosters is untrustworthy and makes people not want to continue playing with king
