Pets not falling down on levels, wasting moves.

On levels where pets fall down and you have a certain umber to rescue and a certain number of moves; why is it that sometimes no pets will fall down? So I end up using 5-10 pointless moves just waiting for a pet to drop so I can rescue it? So frustrating, especially when you then run out of moves and lose the level. If I hadn't used up those moves pointlessly then maybe I would have won it!! Can you fix this please King?

It might also help @katynolan to give examples of some of the Levels you have this happen on. I might be able to help with tips

For example, in some levels Pets will not fall unless there are no other Pets on the board, or there are only a few specific columns the Pets will fall in.

Of course, there are still others though, that the Pets falling is totally random and there is nothing you can do to make them fall!

Well, I seem to be spoilt for choice…
