My account is highlighted black and  I
can't click on it. The Vs game has no time on it. Weather storm hasn't popped up. Also my internet is strong but failure to connect to store. I've tried everything.

First make sure the Android version is Android 5 or later and that your RAM is at least 2 GB and that you have at least 2 GB of free memory on your device. 

Then reinstall the app to get the game back on track: 

-Uninstall the app by going to Settings > Apps > choose the game and tap 'Uninstall' 
-Restart your device
-Download the game again from Google Play Store
-Then open the game and reconnect to Facebook or Kingdom to get back your levels, Pet Coins and Gold Bars

Please note that Boosters and Lives will be lost when you delete the game.
