Piggy bank pruchase

i have twice now ‘purchased’ the gold bars in my piggy bank. Supposedly 50.    Other times the. Indy has been taken but the gold bars not added to my total.      Thought first time I’d something wrongbut now I know I didn’t.

is this just a big con.?

I understand that a failed purchase feels disappointing, but it can at times happen due various technical issues. 

I have credited Gold Bars from 3 Piggy Banks to your game to compensate for these two unsuccessful purchases.

If you have any further issues with any in-app purchases, you can also request a refund directly from Apple or Google that handles all purchases or if the issue is in a King game, you can also email our Player Support about it. Check more details here.

Sorry terrible spelling.  Both times I have purchased the money has been taken but the gold bars have not been added to my total!?
