Which chest are you referring to? The ones on the Roadblock? Or Panda Party chests?
All items that has a buy-button and a price in Gold Bars will cost Gold Bars, but if no price is displayed then the item is free of charge.0 -
In the new update (without the map) it’s in the top left hand corner, I’ve clicked in it and got the rewards but then it says immediately that a new chest is ready again0

This sounds like the facebook glitch that many players have had for a year or so now, where everything repeats like it's the first time you load for the day.
If you're at the end of an episode this means you get the chest every time you open the game.0
