Can you please post below details ---
1) What device you are using to playing the game? 
2) Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account;
3) Your game user ID number --  Check here how to find the Game ID,

Once you provide all those details, our game in-charge @Crazy Cat Lad will be able to advice you what to do!

Hello @Crazy Cat Lad   Hope you had a great weekend 🤗

I just checked other posts by @kaygunn.  The player needs help with moving to other episode.  Looks like they are not receiving tickets from friends and also lock is not opening even after the set time is over!!
