Hi @gigi2446 and welcome to our Community!
There is no skip feature in the game I'm afraid. All blocks need to be cleared and pets to be rescued.

@Lynette may also give you some great tips and hints.

Level 1942 is a really difficult one because of those two line blasters killing the butterflies before you can get enough blocks to free them!
One of my tips for levels like this one, that rely only on the butterflies to rescue Pets, is to not even bother playing unless the first two butterflies are the same color (so both can be filled together)
I'll quit and start again if they are different. It helps if you are lucky to get some more pairs of the same color during the level too!.
If you really want to get passed this level and have, or are prepared to buy boosters, you can also use some paint brush and balloon boosters to create large groups of the correct colors more quickly.
