Did not get my 10 points for finishing the level. Waiting for new content. Will I get the 10 points when new levels become available and I move on?

Hi! I'm playing with a team and we have to earn 540 points to win the final prize. Each time we complete an episode we get 10 points.

I am not able to check any stats or points in the live events to check what went wrong, but I have added 10 Gold Bars to your game for all trouble. 

If this keep happening, please send an email to our Player Support. Open the game on mobile and on the Start Menu (before you tap 'play' and enter the map) tap the Settings > Cogwheel > Help > Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom.
