How can I help my team if there is no new level for me to play?

It's been two days now that I have not been able to play because there is no new level available.

Hi @debbiegiddens and welcome to our Community!
New levels are in the making and they are released as soon as they are ready. The biggest problem is that it's much quicker to complete a level then it is to be designed, developed, tested, and published.
I understand the issue in the team events when you have no further levels to play. We can only hope that your team mates will play on and make sure all required pets get rescued.0
