Level 2007.More good luck required than skill?

I’ve been trying to progress from this level for over a week now. It’s really frustrating because you really are reliant on the right coloured blocks dropping to be able to combine them, free the butterflies and rescue the pets i.e. luck rather than skill. I will not ever buy boosters so I am thinking of giving the game up. I’ve watched the videos but they’re not really helpful because if the right coloured blocks don’t drop, you can’t do what you’re supposed to! Help!

    Hi @kathrynL
Hope this video can help you, just keep trying
    and some Tip from me
    1. Taking your time will allow you to roughly calculate where blocks will end up after a match which in turn will help you make better decisions and get higher scores.
    2. When a pet nears the bottom of the board it means it’s soon going to be set loose. There’s usually a couple of seconds delay when those pets leaving the board. This results in the blocks above the pet staying in the same formation before it adjusts to the pet’s absence. Use those precious few seconds to get a few block combos going.
    3. Make big clusters of blocks. Bigger clusters mean more points. Try to join the single blocks with bigger groups of blocks of the same color so that you get extra points
